If you’d like an herbal medicine tincture for a more basic health concern, I can also help with that! This could be a good option if you’re looking for: improved sleep, more energy, less stress, less anxiety, improved digestion, allergy relief, or cold/flu prevention, etc. For anything more complicated, if you're looking for a more holistic approach, or if you're looking to solve for multiple issues, then a consultation would be best.

*Prices for these medicines vary between $8-$40 depending on type of medicine and size of bottle desired.

some plants & herbs we’re excited about!

Holy Basil copy.jpg

Holy Basil is one of the few "magical", adaptogenic herbs. Holy Basil is the "queen of herbs", considered a sacred plant by the Hindus in the Indian subcontinent, and is the tonic for the body, mind, and spirit. I take one adaptogenic herb tincture everyday as part of my wellness routine.

Holy Basil helps reduce stress and anxiety, boosts your immune system, protects against infection and flu, improves respiration, relieves headaches and fevers, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, and relieves upset stomach. It has an amazing affinity for the 6th and 7th chakras. It truly is a magical herb.

Ashwagandha copy.jpg

Ashwagandha is another one of the few "magical", adaptogenic herbs. Ashwagandha helps support vitality, reduces stress, boosts the immune system, balances hormones, fosters healthy sleep patterns, and supports sustained energy levels. It has a wonderful affinity for the reproductive system. It has been revered over time for its dual capacity to energize and calm at the same time.
I take one adaptogenic herb tincture everyday as part of my wellness routine.

Lung Tonic.jpg

The Great Mullein is one of my favorite plants. It has an amazing affinity for the lungs. It soothes conditions like asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, coughs, allergies, and excess mucous. The mullein also has sedative, antispasmodic, diuretic, expectorant, and mucilaginous properties. The Great Mullein is one of my strongest plant allies and has decided to colonize my backyard :) so all of the plant material in my lung tonic is grown and harvested with lots of love in my garden.

Allergy Relief copy.jpg

Locally harvested Ragweed and Monarda (aka bee balm) are wonderful for allergy relief. This particular ragweed plant variety is great for all types of allergies, not just ragweed. Monarda (or bee balm) helps clear stuck residue. This blend will help with your itchy eyes, irritated throats, and runny noses.  If you're having seasonal allergies, add this tincture to your daily regimen!

Digestive Tonic copy.jpg

Bitter herbs like Dandelion are wonderful for stimulating digestion so foods move through the digestive system easier. I also like incorporating herbs like monarda to help to eliminate the bad bacteria that grows in the gut, so that the good bacteria can flourish. The combo of herbs helps promote healthy, regular excrements.

Passionflower is extremely calming and soothing. It helps one lull into sleep. It also is great for reducing sudden attacks of anxiety. I add local honey and organic vanilla to my passionflower tincture to make it the perfect “before bed” tonic to help you fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

Elderberry Syrup is an immune booster that many people, including me, use for preventative medicine. It has been used for thousands of years and has been revered in folk medicine for its healing properties. Elderberry syrup is a delicious and effective way to support immune function during cold and flu season (or all year round). It helps increase the immune system and fight off nasty cold and flu viruses.

Fighter Cider copy.jpg

Fighter Cider helps support your body and shorten the duration of cold & flu symptoms. It’s an apple cider vinegar infusion that contains powerful immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, decongestant, and spicy circulatory movers that make it especially pleasant and easy to incorporate into your daily routine to help boost the immune system and stimulate digestion.

Fighter Cider Honey3.jpg

Fighter Cider Honey is an immune booster that fights away your cold & flu. It can also used as preventative medicine and to shorten the duration of cold & flu symptoms. The base is a mixture of Local Wildflower Honey and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, which is infused with powerful immune-boosting herbs: garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish root, pepper, and rosemary. You get the anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral benefits of these pungent herbs in a sweet format. Fighter Cider Honey is ideal for children above the age of 1 who don't like taking other herbal medicines. They will be sure to love this healing treat!

Rosemary Salve copy 2.jpg

I LOVE rosemary for so many reasons, but lately, I’ve been using rosemary in a salve to help moisturize my dry skin. My Rosemary Salve also soothes arthritis pain, it supports circulation, and can help with skin problems like eczema, sores, wounds, and bruises. I even treated my fiance’s alopecia with this salve, and as a result, his hair grew back!

Sage Smudge Stick.jpg

I love making smudge sticks out of wild harvested sage or juniper. Smudge sticks are perfect for cleansing your aura and any negative energy around you. Using a smudge stick is like spring cleaning. Everything feels lighter and more positive. Smudging helps you release the things not serving you, and embrace the things that are. I use locally harvested sage and juniper for my smudge sticks. Both are lovely!

Bug Spray3.jpg

Recently, I came across some wild harvested eucalyptus so I decided to make a natural bug spray! I developed it to stand up to 2 things I do not like: bug bites and chemicals. Our skin acts like a sponge for all of the things we use topically. I hated putting the chemical-laden bug sprays on my skin, knowing that it was being absorbed into my body. My natural bug spray only uses clean ingredients made from plants. It is an easy alternative to prevent those pesky bug bites!
